Was bedeutet WARNING/ALARM 2 ?
The signal on one of the analog inputs is less than 50% of the minimum value programmed for that input. This condition is typically caused by broken wiring, a loose connection, or a faulty signal-sending device connected to the frequency converter's analog input.
Häufige Ursachen
- Broken wire or a loose connection in the analog input signal loop (e.g., 4-20mA current loop at terminals AI1/AI2, or 0-10VDC at AI3/AI4).
- Faulty analog sensor/transmitter (e.g., pressure, flow, temperature) losing its output signal or outputting below its minimum specified value.
- Incorrect scaling or minimum value configured for the analog input parameter (e.g., Parameter P4-00 'AI1 Min Scale' set too high for a 4-20mA input).
- Loss of auxiliary power supply (e.g., 24VDC) to the connected analog sensor or transmitter.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Measure the voltage/current directly at the analog input terminals (e.g., AI1/AI2) on the drive; verify if the signal is below 50% of the minimum expected value (e.g., <2V for 0-10V, <2mA for 4-20mA).
- 2
Inspect and check all wiring connections from the analog sensor to the drive's analog input terminals for continuity, secure fastening, and absence of damage.
- 3
Test the output of the analog sensor/transmitter directly at its terminals using a multimeter; compare the reading to its expected output range (e.g., 4-20mA, 0-10VDC).
- 4
Verify the presence and correct voltage (e.g., 24VDC) of the auxiliary power supply to the analog sensor using a voltmeter.
- 5
Review analog input parameter settings (e.g., P4-00 'AI1 Min Scale', P4-01 'AI1 Max Scale', P4-02 'AI1 Type') to ensure correct configuration for the connected sensor.
