Inverter overload

What does 9 mean?

The frequency converter has been operating at more than 100% overload for an excessive period and is about to trip. A warning is issued at 98% overload, and a trip (alarm) occurs at 100%. The frequency converter cannot be reset until the internal thermal counter drops below 90%.

   Verify that the motor parameters (e.g., nominal current, voltage, frequency) programmed in the drive match the motor's nameplate data.

   Consider upsizing the drive or motor if the application consistently requires more power than current components provide.
