002A

INVALID DNP3 AND RCP/DLG CONFIGURATION

Allen-Bradley · MicroLogix 1400 Programmable Controllers

What does 002A mean?

DNP3 10K events are enabled simultaneously with Recipe/Data Log functionality in the user program. This is a non-user fault, indicating an unsupported configuration combination within the controller's firmware that prevents both features from operating concurrently.

Common Causes

  • Both DNP3 10K events bit (S:36/11) and Recipe/Data Log configuration are enabled in the user program.
  • Conflicting feature activation in the controller's firmware that cannot be resolved automatically.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Remove Recipe/Data Log configuration from the user program when the DNP3 10K events bit (S:36/11) is set, then reload and enter Run mode.

  2. 2

Alternatively, clear the DNP3 10K events bit (S:36/11) in the user program if Recipe/Data Log functionality is prioritized, then reload and enter Run mode.
