Faults Present in Undisplayed Group Channels
Allen-Bradley · Compact 5000 Digital I/O Modules
What does Group Indicator Flashing Red mean?
The Group A or Group B indicator is flashing red, signifying that I/O status is NOT currently displayed for this group of channels, but at least one fault exists on channels within this group. This serves as an alert that a fault is present in a non-active channel group.
Common Causes
- One or more individual I/O channels within the non-displayed group (Group A or Group B) have an active fault condition.
- The Group A or Group B button has not been pressed to display the status for the faulted group.
