Fan is not operating correctly

What does 30010 mean?

The drive (MotiFlex e180, MicroFlex e190) has detected that an internal cooling fan has failed or is not operating as expected.

• Blocked fan inlets or outlets on the bottom of the drive, preventing airflow.
• Mechanical failure of the fan motor or bearings, causing the fan to stop rotating.
• Accumulation of dust and debris on the fan blades or housing, hindering rotation.
• An electrical fault in the fan circuit or wiring.

   Check the bottom of the drive to ensure the fan inlets are not blocked by debris or external objects.

   Visually inspect the fan to determine if it is rotating freely when the drive is powered on or attempting to operate.

   Clean any accumulated dust or foreign material from the fan blades and housing to ensure unobstructed rotation.
