Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Check the wiring from the motor's resolver feedback device to the Resolver Adapter and ensure all connections are secure and correct.
- 2
Inspect the integrity of the motor connector for damage, bent pins, or proper seating.
- 3
Examine the connections inside the Resolver Adapter (OPT-MF-201 or FB-03) for any loose or faulty wiring.
- 4
Connect to the drive with Mint Workbench, go to "Parameters > Encoder > Channel 0 > Encoder Parameter(Encoder0, Fault Register)" and check its value for more specific error information (if not 0).
- 5
Verify all earthing and shielding connections are as per the drive installation manual to prevent noise.
