What does 10036 mean?

The drive (MotiFlex e100, MotiFlex e180, MicroFlex e190) has detected that the measured Hall transition angle differs from the electrical angle used in the control by at least 70 degrees, indicating a significant discrepancy in position feedback.

• Incorrect physical installation or mounting of the encoder, leading to misalignment.
• A faulty encoder or damaged internal Hall sensors.
• Incorrect encoder type selection in the drive's parameter configuration.
• Wiring errors, loose connections, or improper shielding/earthing of the encoder cable causing signal integrity issues.
• Significant electrical noise or interference on the encoder signals.
